Quality standard for anti-static work clothes

This standard specifies the quality, performance, specifications, and other parameter standards for anti-static work clothes, which are applicable to anti-static work clothes in all places.

1. Quality requirements: Anti static work clothes are not allowed to have damage, spots, or dirt.

2. Performance requirements: The charging capacity of each anti-static work suit must comply with national standards.

3. Tailor requirements: The stitching parts of the work clothes should be tight, cut in accordance with the provisions of national standard 3923, and the tensile resistance should not be less than 100 Newton.

4. Structural requirements: Anti static work clothes must be easy to wear, comfortable, and convenient for work activities.

5. Inspection standards: The manufacturer must undergo inspection by the National Quality Bureau and obtain a certificate of conformity issued by the state before processing and production. The product must be accompanied by a product certificate and quality inspection number, and must be inspected by a national department before leaving the factory. Product spot checks are conducted on 1000 pieces per batch, with a rejection rate of less than 2%.

6. Logo requirements: Each work uniform must be labeled with the manufacturer's name, product batch, product name, trademark, specification, grade, material, and date.

7. Packaging requirements: The packaging of work clothes must be neat, firm, dustproof, and waterproof, and must be labeled with a batch number.

8. Wearing requirements for work clothes: It is prohibited to remove anti-static work clothes in flammable and explosive environments, and it is prohibited to hang metal items outside the work clothes.
